language, gestures and the habit of decision-making, etc. As such, there can be several reasons of langu cultural diversity described as under:

Cultural Values: Cultural values are formed according to the national culture, like in India the hard-working people are not considered as intelligent whereas those who earn more or placed on high rofile jobs are regarded as more intelligent. On the contrary, in Germany, the honest and hard-working People are placed on high pedestal.

2. Social Customs Traditions: According to culture, some social biases tend to become rituals and conventions which are regarded as genuine and acceptable. As in India in business decisions, men are considered as wiser than women. There live several people of multi-religion in India who hold the belief and feelings that they refrain from committing sins, torturing others and doing noble or virtuous deeds, etc. are their religious convictions and they think that people of different cultures also hold the same faith. But it is not true in every case and ever.

The American people believe in using the new innovative techniques and giving employment to a fewer people which is good for the well being of the society, whereas in India, it is believed that this culture would increase unemployment and such a progress is not healthy for their society, however this trend of thinking is also changing.
