(Descriptive Answer Questions)

नोट-प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 15 अंको का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

Each Section contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. “वैज्ञानिक प्रबन्ध दृष्टिकोण के विकास में टेलर की भमिका की विवेचना कीजिए।

Discuss the role of Taylor in the development of scient management approach.

3. उद्देश्यों द्वारा प्रबन्ध को सहभागी प्रक्रिया कहा जाता है। इसका क्या अर्थ है।

Management by objectives (M.B.O.) may by said to be a participative process. What does it mean?

4. संगठन के किन्हीं दो प्रारूपों की आलोचना कीजिए। Critically examine any two forms of organization.

5. केन्द्रीयकरण के कौन-से घटक बाध्य करते हैं? इसकी विशेषताएँ बताइए। What factors dictate centralization ? Explain its characteristics.
